I am Jay Kaushal and I have been working as a Freelance Web Designer & Developer for the last 6 years. I believe in quality and clean website development and outstanding customer support. So far done around 500 small, medium and big projects and still counting. I have also done many direct freelancing jobs in India and abroad in the field of Web Design.

My Association : I have been working directly with overseas clients as well as with firms and companies outsourcing work from all over the world. Identity of the outsourced work is fully protected by keeping it under strict confidence and I never ty to connect directly with my client's client. Proposals from firms and companies are welcome to develop full sites, applications or parts of different jobs, wherever I fit. I can sign NDA according to project requirements.

My hourly charges and availability: My hourly charges are 30$ per hour.

I can work on hourly basis OR on a agreed Lump Sum basis after fully discussing the project details. I am available on iPad all day and can be reached through Email or Instant Messengers. So communication is never a problem even though we may be working in different time zones. E-mails are replied back in no time EXCEPT when I am sleeping :)

My way of working:

Mockup or demo within 48 hours after finiazling the deal.
20%-25% of total agreed amount to be paid upfront, immediately after hiring and before I formally begin.
Rest of the payment divided equally depending upon total amount and can be paid using Safe Escrows/ Milestones/ Paypal only after approval.
Perfect communication throughout the project period and after.
Revisions till client put his final approval.
Full support even after job is over so best combination of quality and price.
